The journal asks for the fields your commissioning state requires and leaves out what it prohibits, like ID numbers in Texas. Every state and DC has guidance, and 23 states get extra fields. Rules change, so confirm yours with your commissioning authority. You can export your journal to CSV or PDF at any time.
